• He has a family problem which he keeps to himself and no one to open too.
• He suffers psychologically major in anger emotion.

Possible solution:

The counselor should dig deep, bullier have a great issue and can be cure by guidance. It is just that we have to know the problem why he does that. To make a possible solution and action. This is the alternative ways that I think of as for now if the system I recommend here is not yet implemented.
