what do people WANT?
What do people want.
All people want to have a better life. Some are temted to bad thing to simply achieve it.
For instance in a company.
One wants to be on a higher position. Even though his (generally use for both gender such as human which I believe came from the word "You man" and was mis=interpret and was writen as "human" which turn out to be just perfectly fine.) not even capable, he do unethical thing and corrupt others on, he act as if he has a health problem to maintain, he teaches other to change the performance or KPI just for he not to get sculded and get promotted a person who only thinks about him self and family, without considering what will happened in the long run on the company which makes companies shutdown and leave about so many employees run out of job. With a poor management, decision making, acceptance of mistakes and understanding in short lack of critical thinking.
in government agencies.
One is in the higher position. Yes he may be capable to do the job but there must be a much better or greater one. But instead they put themselve in and their family as a whitehorse inside even though he is not that capable. Which make an agencies lost its asset and performance function. Let us see here, on Marcos regeem "The Man of Steel" and first lady "Butterfly of Asia" the Pearl country has it all. Great in management so many hospitals, government built powerplant, water supply plant, best in agriculture around the world. And all other countries look up into. But for instance have change, majority of powerplant now are privatize, the phiippines steel which wants a governmen own was privatize. Our economy have gone worst because our engineers, scientist are disregarded up until now thinking how can he innovate things with a little salary that is only enough to feed himself and give some to his parent not even capable of enjoying his life. You may say some data here are incorrect but it's not really the point herein. There are so much potential for as Filipino that can save the our country from desaster that is happining to as specially by nature. We can built great things again that will shock the world which will in the near tomorrow save us all. We just need to think logically, realistically and critically. If I will be in that position can I do something? As for me "I can". We can all live a life we all deserve, live a happy life with family and friends, live a luxury life but how? We can start by giving way to the right person to "TAKE THAT SIT" help each others out to create one goal and achieve that goal.

We want something but we are afraid to do it, because we are afraid of failure.
We want something but we dont have any capacity to achieve it because lack of financial asset.
We want something but some people have a crab mentality and drag us down.
We want something but we are not doing anything on achieving it.
We want something but they limit us, our capacity our potential to contribute on our maximum.
We want something but people judge us.
