Translation in English (It is another term used commonly to define a less use English to a common use or simple way it can be easily understood.)

criticize, for me its a 1st level of judgment, wherein a person is a word of opinion on something that may hurt person feeling, sometimes it is called bullying by word.

Bully by word:
Defender: When you encounter this type of person it better to walk away from it. Don't mind it then. Just think of it as if your much fortunate. Its so happened on there living environment.

Attacker: Doing so makes no sense at all. Just think about this you may be famous for a short-term a year in high school or college or work but in a long run. Did you ask yourself? "Do I deserve this?" We all make mistakes if we did harm unintentionally or intentionally others no matter how long it is as long as you understand your mistake. Say "Sorry" and make a friend. We are all created differently. greater in physical strength or in mind. It is engineered to make a connection to help each other and create a teamwork.

SO: Angrily says "Wear your safety gear it is the protocol"
CE: Angrily listen, wear his safety gear and as soon as the SO leave they wear it off.

Scenario two.
SO: Calmly says "Hey! How was your day? Are your safety gear doesn't fit well or uncomfortable. The reason you're not wearing it? Safety gears are designed to protect us from injury, save ours or others life so please always wear it."

"What you give is what you get." But sometimes it might not work depending on persons already built mindset. "Its a bit difficult to change a person's built mindset unless you can find your common likes and relate it to it."
 As long as your doing it right as a leader, who gain there respect you can all accomplish greater, in the execution of quality, time, savings.

A: On my understanding, its sole purpose is to distribute wisdom to understand other feelings, action, consequences (a possible outcome), .........

condemn on the other hand is the 2nd level of judgment wherein a person insisted a word and want it to happen with a certain action.

Note: I believe that men/man/son/father are used as a general term for gender. especially in writing. Why do you think people refer to as a human, not a huwomen?

Did you know that the bible is one of the best educators of human behavior? It is giving free but disregarded. I personally haven't read it all. It is thick and has small writing which makes me tired of simply viewing it. If you can see it clearly the common in all religions its teachings are kindness, love, respect, charity.....

The best example here is the politics.

The problem wasn't solved, only the issue was raised and proven. And it is like a chain again and again.👨

A brief throw. family government relation.
parents = government, they make rules and has a  power to changes it.
children & parents = citizens, they follow the rules that they implemented.

grounded = prison, sole purpose to isolate thick-headed to understand what they did is wrong and not to do it again.
One of the factors is the choice we make.

👨Now how are we supposed to solve cases like this? Anger is not an option it will always prolong the issue when thousands are at risk. Get to work on the issue in a calm way, the possible solution to make a fast reliable decision. Its only proof that the government can't create a solution immediately in critical situations. As well as Yolanda calamity kills so many people other than the people that might not be reported die of hunger by late action. If the case on Dengvaxia is far more severe which kills a certain condition in the human body. All of our 730,000 youth had died. Because of blaming here, depending here.

There are two type of persons attitude.

• An honest person who admits he makes a wrong decision and do in his capacity to fix it with the help of others.
• Denial person who knows the law and gets away with it. you may call him "playing clean", "blamer",...

I am not here to judge I don't criticize, I don't condemn, I don't complain. I am simply creating a picture view in a long-term critical, logical and realistic term.

• As for majority mindset of a human.
• an honest person is condemned by denial person, there is no issue at all and the problem is being solved along the way. Has a capability to see an honest person. Progress is limitless for all.
• denial person is condemned by denial person, issue and problems prolong. may or may not see denial person? Progress is limited on his own.

As I always say "The only constant is the world is a time that changes our choice"

complain is disagreement, when something is wrong you complain.

Ask ourselves first this questions.

• What is the main reason to trigger?
• What is the purpose?
• What is the possible outcome?
• What supposedly we didn't do to deserve it now?
• Why it should put in action?
• Who is the main target?
• Who will benefit from it?
• Are targeting the roots or just the leaves?
• Did we see what the president see?
• Did the president see the people see?

If we put it in action such as our policemen in hostage crisis situation? our politician? every project or task execution? our media men, broadcaster, movies, reporter, blogger?

 I am certain we can minimize or eliminate the risk.

Wherein there are also bad guys but they are something unique which doesn't involve harm to others.
Compares to all kids movies which may require PG even if it's for kids.
